It starts with an analysis with the team leader to identify the behaviors to evolve. The relationship with the team of coaches continues between sessions, thanks to a digital environment offering training activities and reflections to sustain everyday change.

A Group Coaching journey, in line with ICF standards, in which a group of people is guided to foster learning, exchange and development through shared experiences.
The focus is on the participants’ professional challenges, encouraging mutual learning and broadening perspectives and ways of acting.
A team of coaches facilitates the group’s dialogue and reflection, creating a safe space where individual experiences become resources for collective learning.
The journey is also supported by a digital environment: training activities, a coach-led forum with prompts and discussions, and moments of reflection.
i•dive Mentoring
i•dive Mentoring journeys activate corporate and intergenerational programs to foster the exchange of experience, skills and perspectives between people with different levels of seniority.
It starts with an analysis of the context, followed by targeted training for mentors and mentees, where careful matching and continuous support are essential to ensure effective relationships.
With the i•dive platform you can keep track of meetings, define the Mentoring agreement, discover personalized resources and keep a learning journal, ensuring continuity and quality throughout the program.
