AI Awareness journey: integrating AI into business and decision-making processes
Generative artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, make decisions and collaborate. For organizations, it is not just about adopting new tools, but about developing awareness, skills and a new approach to work.
The journey of integrating artificial intelligence into business processes supports people and companies in understanding and using AI consciously, effectively and ethically, in line with the AI Act. Through sessions with experts, activities on the i•dive platform and moments of exchange, participants develop practical skills to integrate it into their daily work and organizational processes.
Who it is for
The journey is designed for organizations that want to develop a widespread, operational understanding of artificial intelligence, involving people in different roles.
It can be particularly useful for:
Managers and team leaders
to understand the implications of AI for decision-making processes and lead the adoption of the technology within teams.
Professionals and knowledge workers
to use generative AI as a support for daily activities, improving productivity and the quality of work.
HR, innovation and digital transformation functions
to guide cultural change and the development of AI-related skills.
Entrepreneurs and process owners
to identify concrete opportunities for applying AI in operating models and business decisions.
The benefits of AI in business processes
Integrating artificial intelligence into business processes means creating the conditions to work with greater clarity, speed and continuity. The skills acquired allow people to develop greater autonomy in using the tools, improve the quality of analysis, lighten the operational load of repetitive activities and make decision-making more effective.
The benefit is not only technical. The journey helps people understand when and how to use AI, maintain human control over their work and turn innovation into an everyday behavior. This allows the organization to build a more mature digital culture, capable of evolving over time without depending on trends or improvised solutions.
What includes the journey
The program integrates technological skills and soft skills, because working with AI requires both operational knowledge and new cognitive and relational capabilities. The journey combines synchronous and asynchronous moments, allowing participants to learn and experiment in their own work context. The goal is to develop a conscious, productive relationship with artificial intelligence, turning it into a concrete lever for innovation and professional growth.
Digital skills
Developing operational knowledge to use artificial intelligence tools in daily work.
02
Soft skills
Adaptability, communication and collaboration to operate in increasingly digital contexts.
Critical thinking
The ability to evaluate information, content and output generated by AI.
Creativity and problem solving
Using AI to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
05
Learning experience
Sessions with experts, hands-on activities and content available in synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Continuous application
A digital environment that supports people over time, with the opportunity to experiment and consolidate learning.

The i•dive AI Awareness method
The i•dive AI Awareness method develops technical skills and soft skills through experiential learning, to use AI consciously and strategically.
It is based on the F.E.I. model: Focus (understanding impacts and opportunities), Effort (experimenting and applying) and Insistence (consolidating over time with continuous support).

Programs
AI Awareness programs are designed to support people in developing concrete skills in the use of generative artificial intelligence, integrating technical capabilities and soft skills. Journeys adapt to the role, the level of digital maturity and the organization’s goals, combining coaching, experiential learning and continuous use of the i•dive platform.
Focused
An introductory journey to develop clear, operational awareness of generative AI. Participants learn how to use the main tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) and begin to integrate them into their daily work, improving productivity and effectiveness.
Continuous
A consolidation journey that deepens the use of AI in work processes. Through exercises, business cases and simulations, people develop more advanced skills and strengthen the soft skills needed to work in synergy with AI.
With progressive development
An advanced journey to lead the integration of AI in organizational contexts. Participants acquire tools to make more effective decisions, manage complex processes and promote a strategic, conscious and ethical use of artificial intelligence.

In our coaching journeys we do not use artificial intelligence within the relationship between coach and coachee.
AI is used only to support the coaches' work, to manage appointments and to suggest content from our resource library.
In production processes, artificial intelligence can help make certain steps more efficient, support the analysis of information, facilitate monitoring and improve forecasting capabilities. Here too, the point is not to introduce technology automatically, but to understand where it can truly be useful and how to integrate it without losing control, competence and accountability.
Integrating artificial intelligence into business processes means, first of all, identifying the activities where it can generate concrete value, without adding unnecessary complexity. The starting point is understanding where AI can support daily work — for example in content analysis, information management, simplifying repetitive steps or supporting decisions. For integration to be truly useful, however, it takes method, awareness and the ability to guide people through change.
Artificial intelligence can optimize business processes by helping organizations work in a faster, clearer and more continuous way. It can lighten certain operational activities, speed up access to information, improve the quality of analysis and support more informed decisions. The real advantage, however, lies not only in automation, but in the possibility of freeing up time and energy for higher-value activities, while always maintaining human control over processes.
